Privacy policy

Nettrace24 is a static reading site. There are no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter, so we hold very little about you.

What is collected and by whom

Hosting — Cloudflare

The site is served by Cloudflare. As with any website, delivering a page involves your IP address, browser user-agent and the address requested. Cloudflare processes this to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not add our own server-side logging or combine this data with anything else.

Fonts — Google Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and user-agent in the process.

Advertising measurement — Google Ads tag

We may use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure which pages lead readers to a vendor website. Only when it is enabled, Google receives page views and an outbound_click event (naming the product) when you click a link to a vendor's official site, and it may set cookies or use similar identifiers such as the ad click ID. When the tag is not enabled, no Google tag script loads and clicks are not recorded. At the time of this update the tag is not enabled; this section will stay in place so you know what changes when it is.Google's use of that data is governed by its own policies, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

Email

If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply and to track corrections. We don't add you to any list or share your message.

What we do not do

• We don't run user accounts, sell data, or build profiles of readers.
• We don't host or distribute software, so no file you obtain from a vendor passes through us.
• We don't vary page content by visitor or device type.

Your choices and rights

You can block cookies and third-party requests in your browser, use a content blocker, or opt out of personalised ads through Google. Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or California law) you may have rights to access or delete personal data; since we hold almost none, email is the quickest route and we will answer within one month.
